What is included in the 90-Day Paid Pilot?+
A controlled deployment for one agreed site and limited monitoring scope, including configuration, working dashboards, threshold alerts, baseline collection, remote support, and a final value-assessment report. Field installation and specialized sensors are quoted according to site conditions.
Does the annual subscription include hardware?+
No. In the annual model, hardware, installation, and commissioning are normally purchased separately. Customers who prefer predictable operating expenditure can select Device-as-a-Service with a minimum 24- or 36-month commitment.
Can the dashboard be accessed from outside the plant?+
Yes, subject to the agreed cybersecurity architecture and customer policy. Access can be provided through a protected web portal, VPN, private network, or an on-premises deployment.
Can we combine all three products at one site?+
Yes. The Integrated Site Package brings environmental, power, and machine-condition data into one operating view, while retaining product-specific dashboards and alerts.
