Operational visibility, without the monitoring complexity.
Siteplore gives authorized teams a focused monitoring environment for the sites, assets and measurements included in their deployment—so operational information is easier to review, discuss and act on.
When operational data is scattered, the real problem is not a lack of data—it is a lack of usable visibility.
Site teams often work with information spread across instruments, meters, local displays, spreadsheets and periodic checks. Customer Monitoring brings selected information into a structured operational view so teams can spend less time collecting data and more time understanding it.
Information Is Fragmented
Measurements may exist, but they are not always available in one place when teams need them.
Changes Are Seen Too Late
Without continuous trend visibility, abnormal changes can be harder to recognize early.
Reporting Takes Time
Repeated manual collection and consolidation can consume engineering and operational effort.
Context Is Missing
A single reading rarely tells the whole story. Trends and comparisons help users understand what changed.
Different Users Need Different Views
Operations, maintenance and management often require different levels of detail from the same deployment.
Multi-Site Monitoring Gets Harder
As sites or assets increase, a consistent monitoring experience becomes more valuable.
A customer-facing portal designed around the market you operate in.
Siteplore separates the commercial website from operational customer access. Indonesia customers are served through a Bahasa Indonesia portal under siteplore.id, while global customers use an English portal under siteplore.net.

Monitoring access can be aligned with the user’s operational or management responsibility.
Customer-Specific Scope
Dashboards reflect the sites, products, assets and measurements included in the deployment.
Historical Context
Trend information helps teams compare current conditions with previous operating behavior.
Managed Monitoring Environment
Rekacipta manages the customer monitoring environment according to the agreed service scope.
Expandable Over Time
Additional sites, measurements or monitoring domains can be evaluated as requirements grow.
From field requirement to usable operational monitoring.
Siteplore begins with the monitoring need—not with a fixed dashboard template. The deployment is structured around the customer’s site, measurements and operational use case.
Monitoring Requirement
Identify the operational problem, target assets, measurements, users and expected monitoring outcome.
Site & Measurement Integration
Configure the appropriate field and data integration for the selected monitoring scope.
Customer Monitoring Views
Build the operational views, trends, KPIs and event context required by the deployment.
Authorized Customer Access
Customer users monitor the approved scope and use the information to support operational decisions.
Practical access with clear customer boundaries.
Customer Monitoring is structured around individual identities, appropriate access levels and the monitoring scope approved for each organization.
Individual Identity
Users access the monitoring environment through individually assigned credentials.
Role-Appropriate Access
Operational access is configured according to user responsibility and project scope.
Customer Separation
Customer environments are structured to maintain appropriate organizational boundaries.
Public Demo Separation
The public demonstration environment is separate from authenticated customer production monitoring.

Customer Monitoring FAQ
Where do Siteplore customers access their monitoring environment?
Customer access is provided during onboarding. Indonesian customers are planned under siteplore.id, while global customers are planned under siteplore.net. Customer-specific subdomains can be assigned where applicable.
What is siteplore.com used for?
siteplore.com remains the commercial website for Siteplore products, solutions, pricing, industries, insights and sales engagement. Operational customer access is separated from the commercial website.
Does every customer receive exactly the same monitoring view?
No. Monitoring views depend on the products, sites, measurements, assets, user requirements and commercial scope included in the deployment.
Can multiple people from the same organization have access?
Yes. Multiple customer personnel can be assigned individual access according to the customer monitoring architecture and agreed service scope.
Can one customer monitor multiple sites?
Yes, where multi-site monitoring is included in the project architecture and the required measurements, connectivity and monitoring views are configured.
Is the public Live Demo the same as a customer production environment?
No. The public Live Demo is intended only to demonstrate the monitoring experience. Customer production monitoring uses separately controlled access.
Can Siteplore be expanded after the initial deployment?
Yes. Additional sites, assets, measurements or monitoring domains can be evaluated as operational requirements and commercial scope grow.
Can an enterprise customer use a custom branded access domain?
A custom branded access arrangement can be evaluated for selected enterprise deployments based on project, security and commercial requirements.
I am an existing customer but cannot find my monitoring link. What should I do?
Contact Rekacipta and provide your organization name so the appropriate customer monitoring access can be reviewed.
